Sherry Ann Porche Porche , 59, a native of Theriot and resident of Houma, died at 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 16, 2006. Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at St. Eloi Catholic Church. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Max E. Fisher Sr. of Houma; two sons, Warren Sampay Jr. and companion, Jamie Gravois, and Robert Sampay and wife, Kim; four daughters, Ruby Leonard and husband, Spencer, June LaCoste and husband, David, Nancy LeBouef and husband, Sheldon, and Vickie Domangue and husband, LeRoy; two stepsons, Max E. Fisher Jr. and wife, Elizabeth, and Gerald Fisher; three brothers, Lindsey Porche, Roy Porche and Sonny Porche; four sisters, Faye Bourg, March Bellon, Wanda Sue Derouen and Iana McElroy; 19 grandchildren, David Sr. and Lisa Sampay, Chip Authement, Angie, Chad and Abigail Sampay, Bobby Sampay, Tasha and Chris Ward, Elgin Jr. and Aaron Parfait, Sheldon and Patrice LeBouef, Shawn, Kandace and Raelyn Sampay, Shawna Smith, Nicole Carlin and Alexis Bergeron; five step-grandchildren, Meghan Fisher, Billy Fisher, Ray Matherne, Paige Carlin and Raven Carlin; five great-grandchildren, David Jr. and Paetyon Sampay, Brianna Parfait, Cain and Caiden Taylor; and one step-great-grandchild, Dylan Billiot. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Warren Sampay Sr.; her parents, Liley Porche and Inez Boudoin Porche; one son, Brian Sampay; two grandchildren, Kevin and Felicity Sampay; one brother, Ronald Porche; two sisters, Ramona Porche and Ruth Samanie; and her grandparents, Albert and Nettie Bergeron Porche, Ernest and Julia Sapia Boudoin. She was a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Eloi Catholic Church.
