Richard Cadiere

Richard Simon Cadiere, 59, a native of Houma and resident of Montgomery, Ala., died Saturday, Sept. 16, 2006. Religious service was at 11 a.m. today at the funeral home chapel, with graveside services at 2 p.m. at Jefferson Memorial Garden Cemetery in St. Rose. He is survived by his mother, Bertha Thibodeaux Cadiere; two daughters, Jennifer Hill and husband, Keith, of Monroe and Bertha Ann Cadiere of Sylvia, Kan.; five brothers, Robert Cadiere and wife, Jean, Lanny Cadiere and wife, Dena, Randy Cadiere and wife, Yvette, of Houma, Hewitt "JoJo" Cadiere and wife, Vanessa, of Pontchartrain and Jack Cadiere and wife, Kayla, of Bourg; three sisters, Jean LeBoeuf and husband, Paul, Joy Porche and husband, Dwayne, of Houma and Judy Savoie and husband, Archie, of Montegut; two grandchildren; and numerous relatives. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Ellen Barnes Cadiere; and his father, Hewitt Cadiere. He was a mechanic.
