Mattie Christine McWilliams, 75, a native of Florence, AL and a resident of Gray, LA died Tuesday, May 4, 2010. Visitation will be on Friday, May 7, 2010 from 9:00 to 1:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Service will be Friday, May 7, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc., with buria in Garden of Memories Cemetery. She is survived by her daughters, Mary Jane Galvaz and husband Sergio of Henderson NV and Rebecca Burnett Jensen and husband Craig Allan Jensen of Gray LA; brothers, Johnny Hendrix of Marked Tree Arkansas and Wheller Hendrix of Marked Tree Arkansas; sisters, Hattie Groom of Fort Meade, Florida; 6 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her spouse, James McWilliams; parents, Johnny Ham Hendrix and Iada Brown Hendrix; sisters, Marylou Butler and Velma Woods.
