Katherine Use' Bourgeois, 88, a native of Schriever, Louisiana and a resident of Houston, Texas died Tuesday, April 13, 2010. Visitation will be from Saturday, April 17, 2010 from 12:00 p.m. until service time at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral with burial at St. Joseph Co-Cathedral Cemetery, Thibodaux, Louisiana. She is survived by her daughter, Katherine B. Lovell and husband, Clayton Lovell; sons, George A Bourgeois, Jr. and wife Sherry, Leon F. Bourgeois and wife Nancy, David J. Bourgeois and wife JoEllen, Gerard J. Bourgeois and wife Susan and Richard J. Bourgeois and wife Rebecca; 14 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren and sisters, Sheard* Juanita Bourgeois, Thelma Himel, and Rosemary Hoffman. She is preceded in death by parents, William Eugene Use' and Theresa Marie Bernard Use'; and sister, Celina Bourgeois. She was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
