Oceana Martin Scott, 94, a native of Chauvin, Louisiana and a resident of Houma, Louisiana died Sunday, April 11, 2010 at 7:10 am Visitation, Monday, April 12, 2010 from 5-9pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Tuesday, April 13, 2010 from 9am until service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Services will be Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at 11:00am at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. She is survived by her sons, Reynold and Merrill Scott of Thibodaux LA; Carroll and Sherry Scott of Houma LA and Jack and Caren Scott of Houma LA; Daughters, Nedra and Henry Babin of Houma; 14 grandchildren, 31 Great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her spouse,Sidney Albert Scott Jr.; Parents,Wilson Martin and Mathilde Brunet Martin; sons, Ray Scott and Roland Scott;brother, Cleveland Martin; sisters, Julia Scott; Leona M. Scott; Delicia M. LeBouef; Margie M. Clement; Enola M. Trahan and Iona M. Authement.
