Vaudie Lou Hodge Denning, 89, a native of Addison,AL and a resident of Houma, LA died Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 11:20 AM. Visitation Saturday, April 3, 2010 from 1:00 p.m. from service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Service will be Saturday, April 3, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery. She is survived by her sons, Michael Denning of Chauvin, LA; Donald Denning of New Iberia, LA; Lloyd Denning of Dulac, LA; Curtis Denning of Bourg, LA; Charles Denning of Berwick, LA; 24 Grandchildren and 19 Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Benjamin Hodge and Nancy Smothers Hodge; son, J.W. Denning Brothers: John Hodge, Tony Hogdge and Burley Hodge; sisters, Vesta Hodge, Effie Hodge and Delia Hodge.
