Elmo Pellegrin, 95, a native and resident of Houma, LA died Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 6:10 PM.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 30, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. until service time at St. Matthews Episcopal Church.
Funeral Services will be Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.
at St. Matthews Episcopal Church with burial in Terrebonne Memorial Park.
He is survived by his wife of 75 years, Lottie Guidry Pellegrin;
sons, Donald Pellegrin and wife Lois of Crown Point, LA;
daughters, Alice Turner and husband Jeremiah of Houma, LA
Evelyn Whitney and husband Buddy of Houma, LA; six grandchildren, Terry Turner, Jason Turner, Stephen Pellegrin, Stephanie Guidry, Ellen Ledet and Katherine Whitney and ten great grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Lee Pellegrin and Josephine Pertuit Pellegrin;
brothers, Arthur, David, Camille, Edmond, Paul and Allen Pellegrin;
sisters,Lucille P. Badeaux, Marguerite P. Babin and Yvette P. Domangue.
He was a Production Foreman for Texaco.
He was a member of St. Matthews Episcopal Church, a member of the Houma Masonic Lodge, Order of Eastern Star and Houma Shrine Club.
He loved to hunt and fish.
