Valerie Irene Hesselgrave,69, a native of Peoria, IL and a resident of Houma, LA died Saturday, March 27, 2010. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 30, 2010 from 5-at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Wednesday, March 31, 2010 from 9-until service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, March 31, 2010 at 11AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. waith burial in Bisland Cemetery. She is survived by her husband,Ray Eugene Hesselgrave, Houma, LA; sons, Kevin and Vanessa Kingen of Houma LA; Tim and Laura Kingen of Houma LA and Richard Kingen of Houma LA; daughters,Peggy Bestick of Houma LA; Cindy and Wayne Brown of Houma LA and Jennifer and Phillip Billiot of Houma LA; brothers, WIlliam and Margie Kennedy of Henry IL; brother-in-law, Frank Kingen and Erline of Sparland IL; grandchildren, Jeremy and Matthew Kingen Cami and Holly Kingen Cory Hatton and Stephanie Callie and Jimmy Bestick Parrot Nikki, Lindsay, Joshua, Michael and Kris Brown Kenneth and Patrick Kingen and Michael Billiot and great grandchildren, Zack and Sadie Hatton and Kyle Bestick. She is preceded in death by her parents, Harold Edward Kennedy and Mildred Irene Davis Kennedy; first husband, Kenneth Kingen; brother, Harold Kennedy "Punk"; grand daughter, Sabrina Irene Billiot; and grandson, Scotty Kingen. She is the worlds greatest mother, worlds only interest was her beloved family and she is the finest women Ray has ever loved.
