Raleigh Joseph Neal, 68, a native and resident of Pointe-Aux-Chenes, Louisiana died Sunday, February 28, 2010 at 11:25 AM. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 3, 2010 from 9:00 until service time at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church with burial in Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery. He is survived by his sisters, Elois Ledet of Chauvin,LA & Karen Stringer of Bourg,LA; brother, Phillip Neal of New Orleans,LA; 6 nieces and 5 nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Howard & Emilienne Naquin Neil. He was a retired Pumper for Texaco. He wsas a parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. He was a veteran of the Army He was a Knights of Columbus 3rd Degree and a member of the American Legion Post 0272 in Montegut.
