Theresa Falgout Hebert, 84, a native of Lockport, LA and a resident of Houma, LA died on Saturday, January 23, 2010 at 12:10 PM. Visitatio will be on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. until service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Service will be held on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Location: Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Hebert Hymel and husband Gene and Karen Hebert Martinez; sons, David Hebert; daughter-in-law, Elaine Hebert; sister, Hilda Gonzales; 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Falgout and Lena Champagne Falgout; husband, Lloyd James Hebert, Sr.; son, Lloyd Hebert, II; son-in-law, Juan Martinez; sisters, Gladys Dupre, Vivian Roundtree and Estelle Bergeron and brothers, Emile Frank Falgout and Patrick Falgout. She was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales.
