Alexis Faith Perkins, infant, a native of Houma, Louisiana and a resident of Montegut, Louisiana died Tuesday, January 19, 2010.
There will be a graveside service on Friday, January 22, 2010 at St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery.
She is survived by her mother, Emma LeBouef Perkins; sister, Ella Perkins; grandparents, Horace and Harriet LeBouef, Sr., Richard, Sr. and Carole Fanguy, George and Shirley Perkins.
She is preceded in death by her father,Heath Perkins.
