Elaine Theresa Bourg, 73, a native and resident of Chauvin, LA died on Monday, January 11, 2010. Visitation: will be on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home and on Thursday, January 14, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. until service time at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mass of Christian burial will be on Thursday, January 14, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at St Joseph Catholic Church with burial in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. She is survived by her sons, Marvin Bourg and wife Bertha of Chauvin, Mark Bourg and wife Kristen of Houma, Marty Bourg and wife Judy of Houma,Mason Bourg and wife Rebecca of Baton Rouge; daughters, Bonnie Boudreaux and husband Henry of Chauvin, Marlene Dupre and husband Derral of Montegut, Ella Harmon and husband Sonny of Independance;13 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren and numerous friends She is preceded in death by her husband, Thaddeus J. Bourg and parents, Freddie Collins and Vallie Thibodeaux Collins. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
