ADele Marie Courteaux Schultz, 35, a native and resident of Houma, LA died Tuesday, January 5, 2010. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 7, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and on Friday, January 8, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. until service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Services will be held on Friday, January 8, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. Location: Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No.2. Survived by her parents, Ivy Mitchell Courteaux, Jr. and Linda Portier Courteaux, Houma, LA; sons, Wayne Lee Schultz and Jacob Adam Schultz; sisters, Edith Courteaux, Kimberly Courteaux, Pamela Courteaux Evans; brothers, Carroll J. Courteaux and Ivy M Courteaux, II, 12 nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Carroll Hebert and husband, Paul E. Schultz. She was a homemaker. She was a great volunteer at Oakshire Elementary School. She was a great mom and will be dearly missed.
