Myrian Lirette

Myrian "Blonde" LeBlanc Lirette, 76, a native and resident of Chauvin, LA died Saturday December 19, 2009. Visitation will be held Monday, December 21, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. until service time at St. Joseph Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial in St. Joseph Catholic Church Cemetery. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Clyde Paul Lirette; daughter, Mona Ann Lirette Pope and husband Odis Pope, Jr.; sons, Kurt Anthony Lirette and wife Sandra, Michael Patrick Lirette and wife Nadine, David Jules Lirette; grandchildren, Trina Pope Fanguy, Thea Pope Picou, Christopher Lirette, Paul Lirette, Brett Lirette, Layne Lirette, Brad Lirette, Sydney Lirette; great grandchildren, Jordan Fanguy, Julian Fanguy, Timmy Picou. She is preceded in death by her parents, Julian Joseph LeBlanc and Myrtilia Collins LeBlanc; brothers, Elward "Doll" LeBlanc, Larry Joseph LeBlanc, Sr. and great grandaughter, Madison Ann Picou. She was Catholic and a parishioner St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was a member and previous treasurer of the Ward 7 Citizens Club. She was a member of the Ladies Altar Society.
