Era Fay “Frinchie” Dupree, 87, a native of Houston, Texasand a resident of Chauvin, Louisiana died on Monday, November 30, 2009 at 11:19 a.m. Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at Chauvin Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and Saturday, December 5, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. until service time at Roller Crouch McGee Funeral Home, Cave City, Arkansas. A Veterans service will be held at Chauvin Funeral Home on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 5, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Roller Crouch McGee Funeral Home, Cave City, Arkansas with burial in Ward Cemetery, Strawberry, Arkansas. Survived By: Daughters: Era Jeanette Duplantis and husband Dale of Chauvin, Linda Fredrick and husband Carrol “Fred” of Chauvin and Deborah Denning and husband Michael of Chauvin 10 grandchildren 11 great-grandchildren Preceded in Death By: Parents: Charles L. Dupree and Era J. Rowell Dupree Wife: Mary Huskey Dupree Sisters: Vera Dupree Brothers: Abe Dupree, Charlie Dupree and Leroy Dupree He was a member of the South Terrebonne Church of Christ, a member of Woodmen of the World, a member of the VFW and lifetime member of the NRA.
