Terry Babin

Terry Joseph Babin, Sr., 66, a native and resident of Houma, Louisiana, died November 23, 2009. Visitation will be held, Friday, November 27, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home and on Saturday, November 28, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. until service time at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church with burial in Holy Rosary Cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Betty Cressonie Babin; son, Terry Babin, Jr., and wife Andrea of Houma; daughters, Stacey Clement and husband Craig of Houma and Wendy Guerrero and husband David of Houma; brother, Charles Babin of Tigard, Oregon; sisters, Betty Picou of Houma and Betty Becnel of Houma; 6 Grandchildren and 2 Step-Grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Berwick J. Babin and Ophelia Bourg Babin; brother, Joseph Babin, Sr.; sisters, Ruth Detiveaux and Barbara Prestenbach. He was Catholic and a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. He was employed with Hercules Offshore.
