Wanda Sue Porche Derouen, 59, a native and resident of Theriot, LA died Sunday, September 20, 2009 at 3:40 AM. Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 22, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home and on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 from 8:30 a.m. until service time at St. Eloi Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Eloi Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Charles Derouen; two sons, Charles Derouen, Jr., Liley Derouen and wife Christy; two grandchildren, Nevaeh and Nathan; three sisters, Fay Bourg and husband David of Theriot, LA March Bellon and husband Charles of Theriot, LA and Iana McElroy of Houma, LA; two brothers, Roy Porche and wife Diane of Theriot, LA and Liley Porche, Jr., of Houma, LA; three godchildren, David Bourg, Jr., Vickie Domangue and Regina Bledsoe and numerous nieces and nephews She is preceded in death by her parents, Liley and Inez Baudoin Porche; grandparents, Albert and Netta Porche andErnest and Julia Baudoin; three sisters,Ruth Samanie, Sherry Fisher and Ramona Porche and two brothers, Ronald and Lindsey Porche. She was a good mother and wife. She was Catholic and a parishioner of St. Eloi Catholic Church. She was a homemaker, and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
