Vennie DeLaune, Jr.

Vennie “Butch” Earl DeLaune Jr., 54, passed away Thursday, February 9, 2017. He was a native of Baton Rouge, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on February 13, 2017 at Chauvin Funeral Home from 9:00AM until service time. Funeral Services will be held February 13, 2017 at Chauvin Funeral Home at 10:00AM with burial to follow in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. He is survived by his parents, Vennie DeLaune and Jaunita Marsh DeLaune; and nephew, Jacob Delaune. He is preceded by his brother David DeLaune; Butch enjoyed fishing, hunting, boat racing, and building anything his imagine placed before him. He will be remembered and loved by many; and never forgotten. Chauvin Funeral Home is honored to serve the DeLaune Family.
