Inez Sophie LeBoeuf, 99, a native of Thibodaux, Louisiana and a resident of Houma, Louisiana died July 3, 2009. Age: 99 Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2009 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home and on Monday, July 6, 2009 from 8:30 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, July 6, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Houma, Louisiana, with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by, sons, Vergus LeBoeuf, Jr., and Craig LeBoeuf; daughters, Joyce LeBoeuf Dupre, Gloria LeBoeuf Billiot and Loretta LeBoeuf Hebert;14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Vergus LeBoeuf, Sr.; parents, Joseph Richard and Justine Bourgeois Richard; son, Malcolm LeBoeuf, Sr.; brother, Clarence Richard; sisters, Lydie Richard and Lelia Richard Hebert; Great-Great-Grandson, Jimmy Babin, Jr. She was a member of the Altar Society. She was owner and operator of a grocery store, she loved to cook and bake, playing bingo and going to the casino.
