Camille Naquin

Camille Naquin, 90, native of Houma and resident of Montegut, died at 2:20 a.m. Thursday, March 26, 2009. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at St. Charles Borromeo Church in Pointe-Aux-Chenes. Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. He is survived by his wife, Clara B. Naquin; three sons, Mickey Naquin and wife, Joan, Brent Naquin and wife, Tillie, and Tracy Naquin and wife, Patty, all of Pointe-Aux-Chenes; one step-son, David Pillow and wife, Robin, of Gretna; four daughters, Mary Lee Lyons and husband, Julius, of Pointe-Aux-Chenes, Lois Hutchinson and husband, Andrew Jr., of Bourg, Susan Guzman of Pointe-Aux-Chenes, and Patty Wallis and husband, Mike, of Bourg; one step-daughter, Linda Melton of Gretna; two brothers, Norman and Percy Naquin; three sisters, Lucina Boquet, Rosa Mae Dupre, and Leona Consteantiche; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; and six step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Lucretia Naquin Naquin; his parents, Sidney and Agnes Levron Naquin; two sons, Terry and Dickey Naquin; three brothers, Paul, Maurice and Pierre Naquin; and one sister, Aggie Bergeron. He was a parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church.
