Angeline Domangue

Angeline Marie Domangue, 96, died Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 6:15am. She was a native of Chackbay, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 5, 2015 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Tuesday, October 6, 2015 from 9:00am to service at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 11:00am at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by her Sons: Ronald Domangue of Houma, LA, and Chris A. Domangue and wife Lynn Domangue of Schertz, TX, Daughters: Evelyn Domangue Thompson of Jena, LA, and Gail Domangue Mehno and husband Mike of Plano, TX, Brothers: Joseph, Terry, and Thaddeus Chaisson. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years: Ernest Joseph Domangue, Parents: Raoul J Chaisson and Leah Legendre Chaisson, Grandson: Eddie P. Thomspon,  Brother: Ambrose Chaisson, and Sisters: Corine Rodrigue and Mary Poiencot. She was parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Houma LA. Angeline and her husband were founding members of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Parish in Houma, LA.  She enjoyed sewing, cooking and gardening.
