Addis Joseph Simon Jr., 67, died Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 12:30 AM. He was a native of Thibodaux and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2015 from 9:30 AM until 10:30 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. A Military Service will be held at 10:30 AM and a Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.. He is survived by his son, Kagen Simon; brothers, Brett Simon and wife Cindy, David Simon, and Allen Simon; sister-in-laws, Adruel B. Luke, Eloise Champagne and Lanora Breaux. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mae Doris Breaux; parents, Addis Simon Sr. and Irma Simon; stepson, William Bogan. He served in the US Army. Member of 7th Calvary and awarded Bronze Medal
