Linda Matherne LeBlanc

Linda Ann LeBlanc, 61, died Friday, September 25, 2015 at 06:35 AM. She was a native of Bayou Cane and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on September 28, 2015 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at 9:00 AM until funeral time at St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM. Burial will be held in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Nelson Anthony LeBlanc, Jr.; son, Neal Anthony LeBlanc and wife, TaChel Mandina LeBlanc; grandsons, Chad Anthony, Eric Anthony and Owen Anthony LeBlanc. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence John Jr. and Belle Theresa Chauvin Matherne; grandparents, Lawrence John Sr. and Alice "Allie" Marie Dupre Matherne, and Connelly and Theresa Champagne Chauvin. She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. She and her husband were the owners of Safari Seafood in Houma. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She was loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will greatly missed.
