John Carlton Allgood

J. Carlton Allgood, 77, died Monday, April 20, 2015. He was a native of Warrenton, NC and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Chauvin Funeral Home. Burial: Terrebonne Memorial Park He is survived by his, wife, Patricia Desmares Allgood, Houma, LA, son, Alan Allgood (Sheila) of Abita Springs, LA, daughter, Debbie Hassan (Richard) of Marietta, GA and two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his, Parents, Samuel and Mamie Stainback Allgood, brothers, Cliff and Sam Allgood. He was a Deacon of First Baptist Church of Houma. In lieu of flowers the family asks that any donations be made to First Baptist Church of Houma.
