Paul Edward Jensen, 66, died Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 10:33 AM. He was a native of Lynn, Mass. and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2015 from 5:00pm until 9:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Monday, April 20, 2015 from 9:00am until service time at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 20, 2015 at 11:00am at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. Burial: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. He is survived by his, Loving wife of forty one years: Judith Jensen, Daughters: Sandi Gieger Sorrels and husband Kevin, Helen Hilse Britsch and husband James, Kathryn Hilse Pellegrin and husband Chris, Son: Kenneth L. Hilse Jr., Brothers: Bill Jensen, Bobby Jensen and David Jensen, Sister: Patti Jensen Moores, Grandchildren: Ashley Sorrels, Grace and Jason Britsch, Jessica Pellegrin, Kenneth "Trent" Hilse III, and Claire Hilse. He was preceded in death by his, Parents:Ole Andrew Jensen Jr. and Margarite Pickering Jensen, Sister:Mary Jensen Marks. He was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. He lives his animals. He had a passion for watch repair and working on cars. Paul was always available to help others in need. He was a devoted husband, father, brother and friend. Paul will be greatly missed.
