Lloyd Louis Dumont, 69, died Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 04:22 AM. He was a native of Houma, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held Thursday, February 19, 2015 from 9:00am to 11:00am at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 11:00am at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial: Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery. He is survived by his, Brother: David Dumont and wife Cheryl, Sisters: Della Deroche and late husband Gordon Sr., Carolyn Bergeron and husband Reuben, He was preceded in death by his, Parents: Alfred "Fred" Dumont and Cecile Cunningham Dumont, Sisters: Shirley Dumont, Earline Dumont, Brothers: Raymond Dumont, Earl Dumont, and Eldon Dumont. He was a member/parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mr. Dumont was a member and past officer of the Woodmen of the World Lodge 308 and also a past member of Lodge 870. He was also a long time member of the East Park Volunteer Fire Department and a member of the North Houma Volunteer Fire Department. He retired from the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government Drainage Division.
