Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2015 from 9:00 AM until Service time at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 11:00 AM following the visitation Burial: Garden of Memories Cemetery He is survived by his, Daughters, Rhonda Lusco and husband Dave, Shonda Larousse and husband Karl, Cindy Foret and husband Wilbert; Son, Ricky and wife Winnie Marcel; Grandchildren, Davey Lusco II, Christopher LeBlanc, Nicole Marcel, Mitchell, Jay, Garrett, Joshua, and Seth Marcel and Tyson Foret; Brother, Edgar Marcel, Sister, Shirley Hebert He was preceded in death by his, Wife, Wanda Thigpen Parents, Hayes Joseph Marcel, Sr and Esther Matherne Marcel; Brother, Lionel Marcel; Sisters, Jane Trahan and Jeanette Corvin Hayes was a Korean War Veteran proudly serving in the United States Army. He enjoyed hunting and fishing; and loved performing magic tricks.
