Florence Duthu LeBoeuf, 71, a native and resident of Houma, died at 8 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 26, 2008.
Visitation will be from 5 until 9 p.m. Tuesday and from 8 a.m. until funeral time Wednesday at Chauvin Funeral Home. A prayer service will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Chauvin Funeral Home Chapel, with burial to follow in the St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2.
She is survived by one son, Troy A. LeBoeuf and wife, Cheri, of Houma; five daughters, Cynthia Theriot and husband, Danny, Rose Grabert and husband, Larry, Angela DeGruise and husband, Hilton, Crystal LeBoeuf and companion, Doug Hicks and Leona Gustin and husband, Jimmy Jr., of Houma; four brothers, Norris Duthu and wife, Mary, of Berwick, Lawrence Duthu and wife, Ann, Ray Duthu and wife, Judy and Charlie Duthu and wife, Patsy, of Houma; one sister, Helen Duthu of Patterson; her devoted niece and caretaker, Nadine Maples; one adopted daughter, Vera Cadiere; eleven grandchildren, Dawn Marcell, Daniel Theriot, Shawn LeBlanc, Sharon LeBlanc, Larry Grabert II, Hope Grabert, Hallie Grabert, Greg Fonseca, Jeffery LeBoeuf, Colleen LeBoeuf and Dustin DeHart; four step-grandchildren, Seth Bourg, Kaleb Bourg, Austin LeBoeuf and Victor Naquin and eleven great-grandchildren, Brennan Marcell, Landon Marcell, Cameron Marcell, Macy Theriot, Addison Theriot, Morgan LeBlanc, Sophia LeBlanc, Blake Guidry, Peyton Domangue, Ashton Domangue and Jaidyn Fonseca.
She is preceded in death by her former husband, Larry J. LeBoeuf; her parents, Sidney Duthu and Leona Frederick Duthu; one son, Ricky LeBoeuf; one daughter, Colleen Forse, one grandchild, Rosary LeBlanc; one great-granddaughter, Darian Theriot; one brother, Royal Duthu and one sister, Stella Benoit.
She was a homemaker and a parishioner at St. Louis Catholic Church.
