Mary Gussie Achee

Mary Gussie Achee, 98, a native of Baldwin and resident of Houma, died Sunday, Oct. 19, 2008. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to funeral time Saturday at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. She is survived by one daughter, Barbara Lanier and husband, John Lanier, of Thibodaux; and one grandchild, Caroline Lanier of Houston. She was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Joseph Achee; and her parents, August Boudreaux and Alida Fage Boudreaux. She was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral.
