Robert “Bobby” Paul Aycock, 67, a native of Houma and resident of Dularge, died Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2008.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Eloi Catholic Church, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Victoria Walker Aycock of Dularge; his mother, Ruth Aycock Zappa of Dularge; four daughters, Dominique, wife of Bryan Peace of Austin, Texas, Renee, wife of Chris Brackin of Houston, Andree, wife of William Woodard of Baton Rouge and Simone, wife of Shane Willis of Dularge; one sister, Sarah, wife of Jake Walker of Houma; and four grandchildren, Morgan and Brennan Peace and Reid Brackin and Amelia Willis.
He was preceded in death by his father, Gaston Paul Aycock; and his stepfather, Peter Zappa.
He was the owner of Highridge Supermarket and a member of St. Eloi Knights of Columbus, a past board of director of SLECA and was a U.S. Army veteran.
He was a parishioner of St. Eloi Catholic Church.
