Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.. Burial: St. Elie Cemetery, Chauvin, LA He is survived by his, Wife of 57 years, Joyce Marie Rhodes Neil of Bourg; sons, Jesse Andrew Neil, Jr. and wife Paula of Bourg, Jeffrey Joseph Neil, II and wife Tammy Jo of Houma, and Stephen Michael Neil of Bourg; Daughter, Elizabeth Ann Neil Stringer and Keith, Sr. of Napoleonville; sisters, Ann Neil Rhodes and husband Percy, and Mally Neil Clement and husband Leonard; grandchildren, Holly S. Fabre and husband William, Kayla S. Fanguy and husband Brad, Keith Stringer, Jr. and wife Kimberly, Justin, Tyler, Katie, and Hunter Neil; great grandchildren, Olivia Fabre, and Stella and Edmund Fanguy. He was preceded in death by his, Parents, Jeffrey Joseph and Mable Robichaux Neil; sister, Marceline Neil Trosclair and husband Russell He was a member of Calvary Christian Fellowship. He was devoted Christian. He was owner/operator of Neil Towing, Montegut, LA. He enjoyed Music, playing the guitar and harmonica, and drawing. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. In lieu of flower, donations to American Cancer Society and American Heart Association in his memory would be appreciated.
