Doris Mae Fanguy

Doris Mae Fanguy, 52, a native and resident of Houma, died at 3 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2008. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. to funeral time Wednesday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Clayton (Marie) Hebert of Thibodaux, Mrs. Sally Pertuit of Houma and Mrs. Burnelle (Margaret) Landry of Gray. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mrs. Antoinette V. Fanguy; her father, William A. Fanguy; one brother, William L. Fanguy; her paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Fanguy; and her maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Voisin. She was a founding member of TARC and a parishioner of Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She loved her family and friends and brought joy to everyone she embraced
