Jane Rogers Billiot

Jane Rogers Billiot, 70, a native of Valentine and resident of Houma, died Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2008. Funeral service was held at 10 a.m. today at Chauvin Home Parlor A. She is survived by her husband, Sidney Billiot of Houma; two sons, Timothy Rogers and Tobby Billiot; two daughters, Tammy Coleman and Lavada Johnson; one brother, Roy Rogers; four sisters, Irene Williams, Patsy Plaisance, Marylou Rogers and Nancy Danos; 12 grandchildren, Timothy Rogers Jr., Roger Burkett Jr., Jeffrey Rogers, Derrick Towell, Tabatha Rogers, Amber Straughn, Amanda Coleman, Christopher Dees, Sydney Billiot, Darian Dees, Jacob Rogers and Caleb Rogers; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donisa Rogers and Agnes Matherne Rogers; one brother, Stanislous Rogers; and two sisters, Agnes Adams an Winnifred Rogers. She was a homemaker.
