Anne Herzog Dowlearn, 75, ended her battle with Kidney Failure on Thursday, October 24, 2013 at 2:12 AM. She was a native of Illinois and resident of Houma, LA.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Roland Henry Dowlearn and her parents, William Comar Herzog and Geneva Fuka.
