Visitation will be held on from 5:00 PM until service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Saturday, January 5, 2013 from 8:00 AM until service time at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2013 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial: Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery. He is survived by his, sons, Peter Pitre, Patrick Pitre and wife Danah, Phillip Pitre, daughter, Joyce Pitre, grandchildren, Jacob Pitre, April Pitre, Lindsey Pitre, Bryson Pitre, Bishop Pitre, Maximus Pitre, brothers, Robert Pitre and wife Claudine, Lanny Pitre, sisters, Roberta Pitre, Diane Pitre, Shirley Pitre. He was preceded in death by his, parents, Willis Pitre and Margie White Pitre, brother, Roland Pitre. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. He served in the Unites States Army.
