Lois Danos

Lois Roddy Danos, 87, was taken to her resting place by the Lord on Sunday, December 30, 2012 at 10:00 AM. She was a native of Chauvin, LA and resident of Grand Caillou, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from 9:00 AM until service time at Holy Family Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church. Burial: Holy Family Catholic Church Cemetery She is survived by her, sons, Ronnie Scott and wife Patricia, Whitney Scott, and Christopher Scott and wife Chris, daughter, Sarah Falgout and husband Louis, grandchildren, Corey Falgout, Keith Falgout, Michelle F. Leonard, Chastity S. Soudelier, Ronnie J. Scott, Jr., Jeremy P. Scott, Melissa Scott, Christopher Scott, Jr., Paul A. Theriot, II, Carlyn L. Danos, Craig J. Danos, Jr. numerous great grandchildren, sister, Mary Ann Domangue. She was preceded in death by her, first husband, Whitney M. Scott, Sr. second husband, Alidor Joseph Danos, parents, Lawrence Roddy, Sr. and Sarah Pinell Roddy, sons, Wayne Scott and Craig Danos, Sr., daughter in law, Rita C. Scott, brothers, Henry, Preston, Dennis and Lawrence Roddy, Jr., sisters, Alice Martin, Annie Guidry, May Authement and Doris Neal. She was a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church. She worked at the Sea Tang Shrimp Factory and Gulf Coast Packing. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, dancing and music. She loved spending time with her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
