Doreen Doubleday Stagni Porche, 86, died Saturday, December 15, 2012 at 4:20 PM. She was a native of London, England and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Grace Lutheran Church.Burial will follow at Terrebonne Memorial Park. She is survived by her, son, John Joseph Stagni, Houma, LA, grandchild, Melissa Stagni, Baton Rouge, LA great grandchild Cameron Roy Stagni, sisters, Joyce Bird, brother, Roger Doubleday,. She was preceded in death by her, first husband, Roy Francis Stagni, Sr., second husband, Effie Porche, sons, Roy Francis Stagni, Jr., Rodney Robin Stagni, parents, Ernie and Doris Kemp Doubleday. She was a member of St. Matthews Episcopal Church. She was very active with the church and the Red Hat Society. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the St. Matthews Rebuilding Fund.
