Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 from 11:00 AM until Service time at Chauvin Funeral Home. Liturgy of the Word will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2012 at 1:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home. Burial: St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. He is survived by his, Daughters, Lisa Eschete Mosely and Amy Eschete Keene, Grandson, Ross Michael Keene and wife Shelby Keene, Grand daughter, Olivia Claire Mosely, Great Grandchildren, Bailey Keene, Breanna Keene, Ryder Keene, Endeared family members, Katie McCoy and Percy Mosely, Brother, Nolan Eschete, Sisters, Betty Poiencot and Christine Eunice, Brother in law, Joe Champagne Sisters in law, Shirley Brunet, Virginia Veazey and Elsie Chauvin, and numerous nieces, nephews and godchildren He was preceded in death by his, Wife, Genevieve Chauvin Eschete, Daughter, Donna Claire Eschete, Parents, Nolan P. Eschete and Lela Matherne Eschete Brother, Malcolm Eschete, Brothers in law, Lou Brunet, L.J. Chauvin, Mantel Byrd, Emmet Faulk and Benny Eunice, Sisters in law, Ella Mae Champagne, Gertrude Byrd and Evela Chauvin Donald was a devoted husband, loving father and beloved grandfather. He was a loving son and brother. He was retired from Cenac Towing Company. He was an accomplished carpenter and plumber. He was devoted to his family and friends. His hobbies were camping, photography, and making toys for his granchildren. He enjoyed cajun dancing with his wife, Genevieve.
