Hazel Triche Duplantis LeBoeuf, 86, died Friday, October 12, 2012 at 8:55 AM. She was a native of Houma, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 14, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Monday, October 15, 2012 from 10:00 AM until service time at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 15, 2012 at 12:00 PM at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial: Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery She is survived by her children, Ernest J. Duplantis Jr. and wife Charlene, Johnny Paul Duplantis, Trudy M. Duplantis, Tony A. Duplantis and wife Cindy, grandchildren, Michelle, Michael, J.P., Toni, Brandon, Amy, Abel, 14 great grandchildren, sister, Mary Alice Bergeron. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ernest J. Duplantis, Sr., second husband, Joseph J. LeBoeuf, parents, Atney Triche and Clothilde Marcel Triche, granddaughter, Traci, brothers, Cleveland, Anthony, Claude, Clovis, Maurice, sisters, Daisy Mae and Joyce Triche. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Church Altar Society. She was the President and Vice President for the East Park Ladies Auxiliary for many years and was a member of the Evergreen Lion's Club. She was also a member of the American Legion Home, she was a Girl Scout Leader and a Den Mother for the Cub Scouts. She was very active in the church. She loved playing BINGO and going to the casino.
