Hazel Mary Domangue LeCompte, 81, died Sunday, October 7, 2012 at 6:00 AM. She was a native and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Thursday, October 11, 2012 from 9:00 AM until service time at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery. She is survived by her son, Kevin LeCompte, Houma, LA, daughters, Leslie Barlow and husband Abel, Houma, LA, Sandra Daigle, Houma, LA, grandchildren, Chad LeCompte, Kristy Breazeale, Ethan LeCompte and wife Brandi, Cy Wainwright, Meshell Marshall, Abel Barlow, Jr., Angel Barlow, Makessian Morgan, Darren Usie, Sherry Cunningham, 29 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, brothers, Don Domangue, Byron Domangue, Avery Domangue, Jr., sisters, Lois Bonvillain, Earline LaJaunie, Mary Rodrigue, Bonnie Leerkes. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lester LeCompte, parents, Avery Domangue and Viola Ledet Domangue. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church.
