Richard Benjamin Carroll, 53, a native of Moss Point, Miss., and resident of Houma died of cancer Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2007.
Visitation will be 6 p.m. today at Chauvin Funeral Home in Houma, with services to follow at 7 p.m.. Memorial services will be Wednesday at Midway Methodist Church in Moss Point. Burial will be at Jackson County Memorial Gardens in Pascagoula, Miss.
He is survived by his wife, Bobbie Bond Carroll, of Houma; his mother, Mary Green Carroll, of Houma; one daughter, Sherrie R. Carroll, of Houma; two brothers, Frank Carroll and wife, Pam, of Houma, Bengie Carroll and wife, Rhonda, of Houma; and two sisters, Kathy Wideman and husband, George, of Brilliant, Ala., and Karen Bergeron and husband, Jesse, of Big Point, Miss.
He is preceded in death by his father, Henry B. Carroll.
He worked for SPS International. He was a member of the Sugarland Golf Association, Unity Lodge No. 267 and Bond Hunting Club.
