Linda Rose Trahan Pellegrin, 67, born on September 8, 1944, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 2:00 AM after a long battle with cancer.
She was a native and resident of Houma, LA.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 5, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.
Friday, July 6, 2012 from 8:00 AM until 10:30 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 6, 2012 at 11:00 AM at St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church.

She is survived by her,
husband of fifty years, Lee Pellegrin, Sr.,
four sons, Lee Pellegrin, Jr. and wife Myra, Clinton Pellegrin and wife Tressa, Farrell Pellegrin and Carl Pellegrin,
one daughter, Elizabeth and husband Robert LeCompte,
twelve grandchildren, four great grandchildren,
and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is also survived by two sisters, Jackie Dominique, and Sharon Graham and
two brothers, Daniel Trahan and Michael Trahan.
She was preceded in death by her,
one granchild, Ashlynn Dupre,
parents, Clinton Trahan and Etta Daspit Trahan Tastet,
step father, Lawrence Tastet,
two sisters, Marietta Scott and Trudy Breaux.
She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. The family would love to give a special thank you to Lydia Colvin, who was her caregiver and became a very special part of our family. She was also a very avid member of the Krewe of Aphrodite for over twenty years.
