Burial: Holy Family Catholic Church Cemetery He is survived by his, companion, Shirley Verrett, sons, Leroy Domangue and wife Vicky, Albert "Bae Bay" Domangue, Bobby Billiot and wife April, nine grandchildren, brothers, Paul Billiot, Harry Billiot, Jessie Billiot, Phillip Billiot, Norman Billiot, sisters, Gloria Pierre, Helen "Evelina" Hubbard, Linda Fitch, Laura Kingen, Priscilla LaCoste, step brother, Willie Billiot,and step sister, May Gregoire. He was preceded in death by his, wife, Mary Foret Billiot parents, Camille Billiot and Mary Ismay Parfait Billiot, son, Howard Billiot, Jr daughter, Beverly Domangue, sisters, Josephine Parfait and Leona Sevin. He was a retired Crew Boat Captain. He loved the outdoors and hunting.
