Jay Boyd

Jay Doyle Boyd was born August 30, 1931 and passed May 18, 2012. He was born in Wauricka OK and was a resident of Breaux Bridge LA and a long time resident of Houma LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 from 9:00am to 11:00am at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. He is survived by his spouse of 56 years Mildred Neely Boyd, sons Jay Randall Boyd and wife Denise, and David Lee Boyd and wife Dione, brother Freddie Boyd, one sister Linda Day and grandchildren Brett, Matthew, Sarah, Zachary Boyd, and one step grandchild Lizzie Polizzi. He was preceeded in death by his parents Fred and Clara Boyd, and one son Ricky Joe Boyd. He served in the United States Army in the 88 7th Artillery Coast Guard.
