Norma Jean Paris Adams, 59, died Sunday, May 13, 2012 at 11:46 PM. She was a native of Vivian, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Thursday, May 17, 2012 from 9:00 AM until Service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.. She is survived by her, Husband of 40 years, Daniel Adams; Mother, Velma Elizabeth Miller Paris; Children, Nicholas Adams, Brandon Adams, and Danielle Adams; Grandson, Parker Adams; and Sisters and brother, Judy Olivier, Bobby Paris, Sr., Debbie Naquin, and Missy Boudreaux; She was preceded in death by her, Father, Calvin Wayne Paris; Grandparents, Georgie Miller and John Miller; Mother in law, Rita Duet Adams and father in law, Nathan Paul Adams, Sr.,and Nephew, Chad Olivier Beloved wife, mother to many, friend, and Lolli. She worked for Bayou Pediatrics for 20 years. Avid volunteer for Relay for Life and Saints fan. Just as beautiful on the inside as on the outside. Loved by many. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
