Donald Joseph Hebert, 61, died Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 12:06 PM. He was a native and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 22, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Monday, April 23, 2012 from 8:00 AM until service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, April 23, 2012 at 10:00 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc.. Burial will follow at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. He is survived by his, wife, Pamela Bird Hebert, Houma, LA, daughters, Brooke Anglada, Houma, LA, Dawn Snyder and husband Eddie Snyder, Jr., Houma, LA, grandchildren, Kelsie Hebert, Jake Anglada, brothers, Gene Hebert and wife Meril, Floyd Hebert and wife Joan, Sonny Hebert and wife Dot, Gilbert Hebert and wife Rhonda, brother in law, Doug Bird and wife Marcy, sisters in law, Sheila O'Dea and husband Tom, Shelly Martin and husband Danny and mother in law, Delores Bird. He was preceded in death by his, parents, Lawrence Joseph Hebert, Sr. and Eula Lambert Hebert, grandson, Edward Lee Snyder, III and father in law, Robert D. Bird. Donald was a member of First United Methodist Church. He was a retired Allstate Insurance Agent. He was a TPR softball coach and ASA Magic softball coach, a member of Start Corporation, Cajun Grotto, Jerusalem Shrine Temple, Houma Shrine Club Motorcycle Escort. He was a past Master of Terrebonne Fellowship, a 32nd Degree Mason and an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He was a friend to all. His greatest love of all was his family.
