Chester Paul Kraemer, 79, died Wednesday, April 18, 2012 at 11:32am. He was a native of Houma, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2012 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Friday, April 20, 2012 from 8:30 to 11:00am at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, April 20, 2012 at 11:00am at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. A private burial will be held at a later date for family and friends. He is survived by his, Spouse of 61 years: Deloris Rogers Kraemer of Houma LA; Sons:Timothy P. Kraemer and wife Robin of Houma LA; and Eddie J. Kraemer and wife Sandra of Houma LA; Daughters: Debbie Kraemer Chatagnier and husband Mark J. Chatagnier of Gray LA; Cindy Kraemer Loney and late husband Gregory P. Loney of Raceland LA; Brothers: Robert "Bobby" Kraemer of Houma LA and Leroy Kraemer of Houma LA; Sisters: Modez Deroche of Houma LA; Survived by 7 grandchildren: Trent Loney, Haley Kraemer, Roger Kraemer, Angie Bradley, Lance Chatagnier, Jenny Loney, and Melanie Chatagnier; Great Grandchildren: Triston and Tanner Loney, Rogan, Reid, Charlotte Kraemer, Claire and Kinley Bradle; Survived by 5 step grandchildren, and 12 step great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his, Parents: Eddie and Clara Landry Kraemer; and Brother: Raymond Kraemer. He was a member of First United Methodist Church. He was an avid gardener, fisherman, and loved to cut grass. He loved his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and all his family and friends.
