Wanda Jo Kinder Redmond

Wanda Jo Kinder Redmond, 75, a native of Cape Girardeau, MO and resident of Houma, LA passed onto her heavenly home, Saturday, April 7, 2012. A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church of Houma on Saturday, April 14, 2012. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM until service time at 11:00 AM. She is survived by her husband of 52 year, Jesse Redmond, Jr. She is also survived by her daughters, Cheryllyn and husband Edward McCulla, II, Houma, LA Angeli and husband George Leonard, Luling, LA, daughter in law Dianne Toms, Niceville, FL, sons, Tony Redmond and wife Sabrina LeBlanc, Gray, LA, Todd Redmond and wife Karen Duplantis, Kingwood, TX, Shawn Redmond and wife Beth Prosperie, Kingwood, Tx. Wanda was the proud grandmother, “MeMe” of 14 grandchildren, Rusti McCulla, Jeremiah Redmond, Sarah Teague, Joshua Redmond, Gencie White, Kennon Lottinger, Leon LeBlanc, Jacquline LeBlanc, Christina DuBois, Jenson Redmond, Jordan Redmond, Cody Webb, Cullen Redmond and Cassidi Redmond. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, Jessie Redmond, Arthur Teague, Elle Teague, Tanner LeBlanc, Libby LeBlanc and Madison DuBois. Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, Alma and Roy Kinder, her in laws, Anna Mae and Jess Redmond and her son Arthur Redmond. She was a parishioner of First Baptist Church of Houma. She was a loving wife and mother. Her greatest joy was watching her family grow, painting and crocheting.
