He is survived by his Spouse: Jewel Stoker Lawson, Daughter: Sherry Lynn Benoit, Grandchildren: Amanda B. Paige, and Christopher R. Benoit, Great Grandchildren: Kate Paige and Michael Grant. He was preceeded in death by his Parents: James and Emma Cevil Goodloe, Brothers: James Lawson, Donald Lawson, Rex Lawson, and Walter Max Lawson, and Sister Marquita Lawson Rickey. He worked for Union Oil for 43 years.
