Thelma Robichaux Naquin, 88, died Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 5:30 AM after a lengthy illness. She was a native of Bourg, LA and resident of Houma, LA.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 27, 2012 from 10:00 AM until service time at St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 27, 2012 at 12:00 PM at St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church.
Burial will follow at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2
She is survived by her,
daughters, Linda N. LeBoeuf and husband Harold LeBoeuf, Opelousas, LA, Jo Ann N. Porche, Houma, LA,
son, Roy Joseph Naquin, Jr.,
grandchildren, Duane Landry and wife Nicole, Jeffrey Porche and wife Tricia, Jennie Pellegrin and husband Brad and Brandyn LeBoeuf,
four great grandchildren, Dylan and Luke Landry, Grace Pellegrin and Elizabeth Porche,
sister in laws, Velma Robichaux and Jeanette Naquin.
She was preceded in death by her,
husband, Roy Joseph Naquin, Sr.,
parents, John Joseph Robichaux and Alice LeCompte Robichaux,
son in law, Roy Gerard Porche,
brother, Essie, Wilson, Leon, Edward and Irvin Robichaux,
sisters, Lena Brunet, Gertrude Price, Beatrice Robichaux, Allie Bonvillain, Louise Jones and Cynthia Robichaux.
She was a parishioner of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church.
She was a retired Ward Clerk for Terrebonne General Medical Center and then became a loving caregiver for the elderly for many years.
Thelma's family would like to thank Dr. Ray Cinnater and staff, the staff of Heritage Manor of Houma and the staff of St. Catherine's Hospice of LaPlace, LA, for the dedicated, loving care given to her during her lengthy illness.
